SUNDAY BEST - 17/03/19

Every Sunday, all my favourites from the week gone by.

It’s been an absolute age since I have lusted after a high end hand bag, along comes the bolt from Sophie Hulme and my heart is all of a flutter. The black with gold hard ware is my fave.

If thoughts are turning to travel plans for the year ahead and you’re in need of some inspiration then look no further than Lodestars Anthology, an independent magazine meets journal for the curious traveller. Gracing the pages, an abundance of beautiful photography and compelling stories, the latest edition is on Portugal and is due out in April.

I’ve become somewhat obsessed with Paul bakery’s tartlette citron. Have you tried them? The pastry is particularly good and the sweet lemon filling pairs perfectly with a nice cup of Earl Grey tea.

My final favourite this week is a holistic skin tool from luxury clean skin care brand Odacite. Le Crystal Contour Gua Sha is the ultimate in deep tissue facial massage, promoting relaxation, detoxification and a lifting and firming effect. I opted for the pink rose quartz variation, a feel good stone selected to open the heart chakra and encourage compassion and self love while releasing toxic emotions. You begin by applying a facial oil to the face for slip and then glide the stone as directed up and over the neck and facial contours. It feels very relaxing and the immediate boost in circulation gave my skin a glow which lasted well into the next day. I also find it useful to help decongest areas on my neck and jawline where I suffer from hormonal acne.

Have a great week
